Privacy Policy

This policy describes personal data processing under GDPR and Bulgarian data protection law. It does not replace independent legal advice.

Last updated: 09.2026. This page explains what personal data we collect through partyzonemax.com, why, for how long, and what rights you have.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Party Zone Max, a kids' party and event entertainment provider in Varna and Sofia. For questions or to exercise your rights, email partyzonemax@gmail.com or call the phone numbers listed on the site.

2. What personal data we collect

Contact form data: name, phone, email (optional), preferred event date, service of interest, city and your message — only when you voluntarily write to us through the site.

Technical data: IP address, browser and device type — recorded automatically by our hosting provider for site security.

Cookies: NEXT_LOCALE (remembers your chosen language) and pzm-city (remembers your chosen city — Varna/Sofia) — strictly necessary cookies, see our Cookie Policy.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your request to reply to your inquiry and arrange a potential event — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract).

Strictly necessary cookies are used on the basis of our legitimate interest in the site working correctly — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties for marketing. We use providers that technically support the site: Resend (email notifications for new inquiries), Vercel (hosting) and Turso (database) — each processes data only to the extent needed for that technical function.

5. Retention period

Inquiries are kept until the event has been organized and for a reasonable period afterwards (typically up to 12 months), unless you request earlier deletion.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, object to, and port your data, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP, cpdp.bg) if you believe your rights have been violated.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Please check this page periodically.
