Terms of Service
This is a standard template. Specific cancellation, rescheduling and payment terms are confirmed individually with Party Zone Max for each booking.

1. Scope
Party Zone Max provides kids' party and event entertainment services in Varna and Sofia — animators, costumed characters, DJs, hosts, promoters, party machines and related equipment, as described and priced on the site.
2. Requests and confirmation
Submitting an inquiry through the site does not guarantee a reserved date. A booking is confirmed only after explicit confirmation from Party Zone Max (by phone, email or message).
3. Deposit and payment
Upon confirmation, a 30% deposit is typically due, with the balance paid on the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed. Prices on the site are indicative and are confirmed individually based on location, duration and number of participants.
4. Cancellation and rescheduling
Terms for cancelling or rescheduling a confirmed booking (including deadlines and any deposit refund) are agreed individually with Party Zone Max at confirmation and can be requested at any time via the contacts listed on the site.
5. Liability
Party Zone Max is not liable for delay or non-performance due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control (force majeure). The client is responsible for ensuring suitable and safe conditions at the event venue.
6. Site content
Text, photos and materials on the site belong to Party Zone Max or are used with permission and may not be copied without consent.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are resolved through negotiation, and failing that, by the competent court in Bulgaria.
